Contrast level is the brightness level where the contrast is set to increase
(brighter than 128, middle grey) or decrease (lighter than 128, middle grey).
This will adjust the \{ \tc 9 red \} level of the contrast center. This
setting is dependent on the contrast center of the camera, and could vary
with the lighting, camera model, iris setting, and what the subject was.
